What if I don't like something after all?

You have 30 days Please allow some time after receiving the goods to decide if the item(s) are right for you. We ask that you handle the jewelry with care and not damage, soil, or alter the items. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.

How do I send something back?

  1. The returned product must be in good condition so that its resale is not affected: The item must not be damaged, soiled or altered.

    Exceptions: Please note that the following product categories are non-returnable:

    • Advent calendar: Due to the nature of advent calendars and the anticipation they bring, we cannot accept returns for these items.

    • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable .

    • Personalized items: Items that have been personalized or customized, e.g. with engraving, can only be returned if there is a defect or error on our part.

  2. The label on the item must not be damaged, removed, or torn off.
  3. Please clearly mark the returned goods (quantity + reason) on the return slip.
  4. Please be sure to include the completed return slip with your return shipment.
    Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund process will be delayed or the return may not be refundable.
  5. Please send the free gift This order will be returned if you no longer meet the original promotional requirements after the return.

  7. Please note, that you yourself bear the costs for the return shipment. We offer high-quality products at reasonable prices, fast and secure DHL parcel service, and a wide selection of gifts. Therefore, if we also cover return shipping costs for our customers, it would exceed our budget. We have decided to offer customers discounts, gifts, and secure delivery instead of covering return shipping costs. We hope to generate more orders and profits in the near future so that we can offer free returns and provide our customers with a better shopping experience.
  8. We will ship after receiving your return. No confirmation of receipt. You can track your return using the tracking number. We usually need... 20 working days for processing your return after receiving the goods. Processing times may be longer after larger sales. Currently, we are setting a processing time of approximately 3-4 weeks we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  9. Keep the issued return receipt. Please keep careful records until the refund has been processed.

Can I exchange the item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. However, you have the option to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, you will receive a refund. Then simply reorder your desired products.

Can I return goods ordered online to the store?
