Did you receive faulty or incorrect goods?

Oops, we're so sorry! Please contact our customer service so we can help you as soon as possible. Please send us pictures of the defective or incorrect item and your order number via the contact form.

Please note that defects reported 30 days after receipt of the goods can only be replaced with a voucher equal to the purchase price of the piece of jewelry.
Within 30 days, we will gladly offer you a refund or, if available, a replacement delivery.

Did your package arrive damaged and is part of your order missing?

Then you must within seven days after the delivery of the shipment the Report the damage to DHL . Please fill out the DHL damage report form and drop off the shipment along with the form at a DHL branch. You can send us a copy of the completed damage report by email to shop@rrfashion.de send it so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible (if available).
